WESTLAKE, Ohio | As Women's Basketball prepares to host the NCAA Division II South Regional this weekend, Charger standout Lili Wilken continues to add to her historic season.

Wilken was named the 2026 D2CCA South Region Player of the Year on Thursday morning and was also selected to the D2CCA All-South Region First Team.

This marks the second time in her career that Wilken has earned First Team All-South Region honors.

The recognition adds to an already impressive list of accomplishments for the senior guard this season. Wilken was recently named the Gulf South Conference Player of the Year for the second consecutive season and earned GSC Player of the Week honors five times during the 2025-26 campaign. She also set the UAH single-season scoring record earlier this season.

Entering the NCAA Tournament, Wilken leads the Gulf South Conference in scoring at 22.2 points per game, while also averaging 7.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.2 steals per contest.

Wilken has been highly efficient offensively, shooting 50 percent from the field and 85 percent from the free-throw line, converting 124-of-146 attempts.

Wilken and the Chargers will begin NCAA Tournament play on Friday evening at 5 p.m. when No. 1 seed UAH hosts No. 8 seed Edward Waters in the opening round of the NCAA Division II South Regional at SportsMED Arena in Spragins Hall.
