Michelle Kruse and
Kailey Williams finished in the top 120 in the field of 249 runners.

Williams finished the highest of the two UAH runners at 101st as the sophomore clocked in at 22:50.4, compared to Kruse's 120th-place standing with a time of 23:05.2. Williams, a Dunwoody, Georgia native, bests her freshman performance when she finished in 191st with a time of 23:39.0.

Kruse also improved on her performance from 2013, when she posted a time of 23:30.2 to finish 191st. Last season, UAH had only one runner finish in the top 120.

The pair caps off an exceptional 2014 campaign that saw top-6 times in each competition for Williams, while Kruse came in the top 10 in every UAH race. Williams earned two GSC Runner of the Week awards this season, with Kruse earning one weekly conference honor.

Sophomore Kendra Foley from Grand Valley State came away with first place on Saturday with a final time of 21:05.8. Grand Valley State also claimed the top spot in the women's team competition.
