  • With a series victory this weekend against West Alabama, the Chargers will have surpassed last season's win total of 32 while in the past three seasons, UAH is 98-52-1, and own the third most wins in the GSC behind West Florida (105) and Delta State (123).
  • Heading into the last weekend of the season for GSC play, the Chargers sit in third place with a record of 20-7 and have secured no worse than the No. 3 seed heading into next weekend's GSC Tournament. West Florida is just a half a game ahead of Delta State for the top seed with a 22-4 record. If the tournament started today, the Chargers would face the Wolves of West Georgia in the first round. There is a still a potential to move up to the No. 2 seed, depending on how this weekend shakes out.

    • West Alabama boasts a 27-14 record while currently sitting with a 15-10 mark in GSC competition. The Tigers have dropped their last three contests and fell 14-7 to Montevallo in their most recent outing.
    • Jocobby Robinson leads a UWA offense with a .384 average from the plate, while teammate Mitch Holgate has registered team-highs in RBI (37), home runs (8) and triples (4).
    • Three starts with a sub-3.00 ERA heads a pitching staff that has given up three runs or less in 18 of 25 conference games this season. Zach Parks leads the team with a 7-3 record to go along with a solid 1.98 ERA, while Fernando Gonzalez is 6-3 from the mound and a 2.30 ERA.
