GSC STANDINGS: The Blue and White slips to second in the league standings with an 11-4-1 record in league play and a 17-4-1 mark overall. West Georgia takes over the top spot with a 13-5 GSC record, followed by No. 24 North Alabama (10-4 GSC) in third, West Alabama (12-5 GSC) in fourth and Valdosta State (9-7 GSC) in the fifth spot.

REGIONAL UPDATE: The Chargers are now fourth in the NCBWA South Region poll after holding down the two-spot for three consecutive weeks. Nova Southeastern (22-4) is now first in the region with five first-place votes, followed by Tampa (21-6) in second and Florida Tech (24-3) in third.

Chandler Brock has tied his 2014 stolen base total with 11 steals so far this season, including three in the series-opening win against Delta State. Brock is currently tied for third in the GSC for steals and is 11-for-13 on stolen-base attempts this year, while also having the third-highest batting average (.338) and second-most RBI (18) on the UAH roster.

Cody Burton has enjoyed success at atop head coach
Hunter Royer's lineup this season, owning the GSC lead with a .544 on-base percentage and is third in the league with a .408 batting average. Burton paces a squad that is second in the GSC with a .408 OBP, ranking 32nd overall in the NCAA.

LOOKING AHEAD: Next up for UAH is a rivalry matchup at North Alabama this coming weekend, beginning with a doubleheader on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Florence. The three-game set will wrap up at 1 p.m. on Sunday with a single game.
