LAST WEEK: The Chargers opened the year with a 3-1 loss at Carson-Newman, in which junior
Leo De Smedt scored his first goal of the season. UAH then cruised to a 14-0 win over nearby Oakwood that included multi-goal performances from
Jordan Wright and
James Ballamy.

NEWCOMER'S BIG GAME: A transfer from Lees-McRae, Wright tied the program record with seven goals scored and one assist in the 14-0 victory over Oakwood, setting the UAH single game mark for points in a game with 15. The West Lothian, Scotland, native played 18 games last season at Lees-McRae.

SUCCESS OFF THE BENCH: Redshirt senior
James Ballamy has appeared in both matches this season, totaling 143 minutes. The Worthing, England, native, scored his first career goal and a total of three goals in the match against Oakwood. Ballamy posted three assists last season in 18 games played.

ABOUT THE MOCS: Florida Southern enters the contest after an 0-2-0 showing on the weekend's first season. The Mocs travelled to Young Harris and dropped a 2-0 neutral-site decision to Lees-McRae before falling to the nation's third-ranked team in Young Harris 2-1. Jonathan Radvogin scored the lone goal for FSC in the setback.

SERIES HISTORY: The Chargers are 3-8-1 against Florida Southern overall, and the third win in the all-time series came a season ago when UAH was a 1-0 winner in a neutral-site game at West Florida. In that victory,
Daniel Buchanan scored the eventual game-winner in the final minute of the opening half.

ABOUT THE TARS: Rollins took a trip to Colorado to open the season this past weekend, falling on Thursday to Regis by a score of 2-1 and to Colorado Mines on Saturday by a 4-3 final. Brett Durrance leads the team with two goals, while Tosan Popo paces the Tars with five points from one goal and three assists.
