 RECENT ACTION: The Chargers snapped a six-game skid in the series win at Shorter over the weekend, taking both games of the doubleheader by scores of 11-1 and 7-4 prior to falling in the finale 3-2. UAH is now 19-12 overall and fifth in the league standings with an 11-7 GSC record.
 
DOMINANT START: Senior Wilson Adams had his strongest starting performance of the season as the right-hander tossed 8.0 innings with one run allowed while tallying a career-best 11 strikeouts. Adams paces all UAH starting pitchers with a 2.36 ERA and 55 strikeouts, ranking third in the GSC in ERA and fourth in strikeouts.
 
DYNAMIC DUO: The Chargers offense is paced by the tandem of Trey Mathis and AJ Walden, who have combined to post 14 homers, 13 doubles, 55 runs scored and 56 RBI. Walden leads the squad with a .390 average, eight homers and 30 RBI, while Mathis bats .330 with six homers, 26 RBI and a team-leading 18 walks.
 
LOOKING AHEAD: UAH remains at home for its midweek contests next week with visits from Montevallo on Wednesday and Miles on Thursday, before returning to league play with a trip to Valdosta State next Saturday and Sunday.
 
TIGERS PROFILE: Stillman enters the week with a 9-20 overall record and a 5-4 mark in SIAC play, following a series sweep of Lemoyne Owen in Memphis, Tennessee over the weekend. The Tigers offense is paced by Nick Vitale with a .375 average and 16 RBI, while the pitching staff owns a 6.27 ERA. UAH is 11-7 all-time against SC.
 
LIONS PROFILE: North Alabama begins this week's slate with a 15-13 overall record and an 8-10 mark within the GSC, after being swept by Delta State in Florence this past weekend. The UNA offense is led by Kevin Hall (.400, 8 2B, 26 RBI) and Kyle Hubbuch (.356, 10 HR, 31 RBI), while Riley Sanderson is atop the pitching staff with a 2.53 ERA over 53.1 innings pitched.
