RECENT ACTION: The Chargers are riding a four-game win streak after topping Auburn Montgomery last Wednesday 7-6, prior to a three-game sweep of Shorter at Charger Park this past weekend by scores of 10-8, 5-4 and 19-9. UAH now sits in a tie for seventh in the GSC standings with a 9-9 league record in addition to a 14-15 overall mark.

BACKSTOP SHINES BRIGHT: AJ Walden had a stellar performance in four games this past week as the redshirt junior batted .438 (7-for-16) with a team-best three homers, nine RBI, 1.063 slugging percentage and three walks. Walden – who ranks third in program history 32 career home runs at UAH – is currently tied for second in the GSC with eight homers and ranks 12th with a .586 slugging percentage.

ON THE HILL: Will Myers continues to pace the weekend rotation with a 3.98 ERA over 40.2 innings in eight starts so far this season, while ranking 15th in the GSC with sixth in the GSC with 45 strikeouts.
Taylor Clemons enjoyed a pair of strong outings out of the bullpen during the series sweep, improving his record to 2-1 in one appearance and notching his fifth save of the year in another.

FINDING CONSISTENCY: Nolan Ramsey's batting average skyrocketed 61 points this past weekend from .310 to a team-best .371 batting average entering this week's slate after recording two hits in the first two games and then a season-high four base knocks in the series finale against the Hawks. A New Market, Alabama, native, Ramsey rates ninth in the GSC with his .371 batting average.

LOOKING AHEAD: Following this week's four games on the road, UAH will return home for a six-game homestand at Charger Park against Montevallo (April 5), Valdosta State (April 8-9) and Miles (April 11).

WAR HAWKS PROFILE: Auburn Montgomery enters the week with a 13-15 overall record following a series win at Georgia Southwestern over the weekend. Curtiss Johnson (.297, 18 RBI) and Tanner Russell (.274, 18 RBI) pace the War Hawks offense, while the AUM pitching staff owns a 5.59 team ERA. UAH is 10-3 all-time against AUM after the 7-6 win at Charger Park last Wednesday.

LIONS PROFILE: North Alabama begins this week with a 16-13 overall record and an 11-7 GSC mark after a trio of losses at Delta State this past weekend by scores of 8-4, 18-10, and 6-2. The UNA offense is led by Kyle Hubbuch with a team-best 11 doubles, seven homers and 30 RBI, while Tyler Joyner paces the weekend rotation with a 3.34 ERA over 59.1 innings pitched.
