HOME SWEET HOME: After starting the 2017 campaign with four games away from the Rocket City, the UAH men's soccer team is set to make its Charger Park debut this weekend, hosting Spring Hill on Friday at 5 p.m. in the Gulf South Conference opener before turning around to face West Florida at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. The Chargers enter the weekend at 1-3-0.

Leon Brudy have played all 90 minutes in each of UAH's four contests.
ABOUT SPRING HILL: The Badgers are 1-1-0 on the season after falling to Flagler before earning a strong 6-1 win over then-No.8 Tampa, and the team has not played since that victory on Sept. 4 due to cancellations because of Hurricane Irma. Alexander Lipinski paces the team with seven points in the two games from three goals and an assist, while Geraldo Bina has earned the majority of minutes in goal, posting a 1.08 goals against average and a .818 save percentage.
SERIES HISTORY: The Chargers are 8-1-0 all-time against Spring Hill after posting a 7-2 romp in Mobile last year.
ABOUT WEST FLORIDA: The Argos are also 1-1-0 on the season and will open up GSC action on Friday night in Livingston, taking on the three-time defending conference tournament champions in West Alabama. Rafael Gadoi has scored both of UWF's goals on the season, and the team – and goalkeeper Jacob Murray – is giving up 2.0 goals per contest in beating Flagler but falling to Tampa.
SERIES HISTORY: West Florida leads the all-time series by a 19-13-4 clip after winning a pair of one-goal games last year in Pensacola by claiming a 4-3 win in the regular season and a 2-1 victory in the GSC tournament. Three of the past four meetings in Huntsville have gone to double overtime with the Chargers winning in the 109th minute in 2011 and the 110th minute in both 2013 and 2015.
