UAH Wraps Up Indoor Regular Season

HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's and women's track & field teams split up competition at the Kentucky Collegiate Invitational and the Camel City Invitational over the weekend.
 
Men's Notables
- Zach Hancock finished first overall in the shot put (17.80 meters) and weight throw (18.28 meters).
- Hunter Nails broke the program record in the mile with a fifth-place time of 4:11.68. Due to it being a flat track, Nails time converts to 4:08.51 which ranks 25th nationally.
 
Women's Notables
- Serenity Andrus won the 400 meter with a time of 56.52.
-Zakiria Holifield placed first overall in the 200 meter with a time of 7.95.
-The Chargers 400 meter relay team of Serenity Andrus, Nikki Mata, Zakiria Holifield and Erin Cannon posted a first-place time of 3:54.22.
