UAH RESULTS | OVERALL RESULTS
LOUISVILLE, Ky. | The UAH men's and women's track & field teams continued the 2024 indoor campaign at the Louisville PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational on Saturday with a total of five combined NCAA provisional marks.
Men's Notables

Michael Gizzi topped the NCAA provisional times in a pair of sprinting events, including times of 6.80 in the 60-meter and 21.15 in the 200 meters. Gizzi's performance in 200 meters garnered him second in the event.
-UAH's 4x400 meter relay squad of
Eon Morris,
Chris Thomas,
Michael Gizzi and
Dantavious Thomas broke the program record and eclipsed the NCAA mark in the event, finishing fifth overall at a time of 3:15.67.

Nathan Knox came in just off the mark of an NCAA provisional time in the mile with a sixth-place time of 4:10.65.

Sam Wilhelm shattered the UAH 3000-meter race record at a clocking of 8:08.16, besting the previous record of 8:18.04. His time also topped the NCAA provisional mark as he placed fifth in the event.

Noah Lawler picked up fifth place in the long jump at 6.87 meters.
Women's Notables

Amiah Murry bested the NCAA provisional standard in the triple jump at a season-best 11.90 meters for eighth in the event. Her 11.90 meters also topped the program record that had stood since 2019.

Emily McMurry finished first overall in the 5000-meter race at a time of 17:30.62.
-The Chargers 4x400 meter relay team of Murry,
Aniya Johnson,
Chandler Robinson and
Jordyn Dortch were less than two seconds off the NCAA provisional time at a clocking of 3:54.17 for 10th.
