HUNTSVILLE | The 2024 Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association Men's Soccer All-South Region Teams were announced on Tuesday, and UAH was represented by Oli Orzechowski as a Second Team selection.
 
This is Orzechowski's first career D2CCA All-South Region award, as he becomes the first Charger to earn the distinction since Ethan Wilson in 2021.
 
A native of Oxford, England, Orzechowski led the Chargers offense in his sophomore season with a team-high 22 points from 10 goals and two assists.
 
He posted two of UAH's four game-winning goals, and excelled in GSC play with eight of his two goals in 2024.
 
Orzechowski's 10 goals this year ranked fourth in the GSC, as he is the first Charger with a 10-goal season since Rafa Moreno scored 14 times in 2018.
 
UAH ended the 2024 campaign with a 4-8-3 overall record and a 3-7-1 mark in GSC play, with the Chargers going 3-1-0 over the last four matches in the regular season.
