BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Gulf South Conference announced their 2026 women's lacrosse preseason poll and Preseason All-GSC teams for the upcoming season and the UAH women's lacrosse team tied for second overall.

The Chargers had three individuals earn Preseason All-GSC honors as Sydney Schiavone, Sarah Cole, and Ella Rutherford each found their way to the preseason watch list. 

Flagler headlined the preseason poll with five first place votes, while UAH received one first place vote. The Chargers tied with Lander for second place, followed by Lee, Montevallo, and Virginia State. 

The Blue & White begin their 2026 campaign on January 31 in Anderson, South Carolina against Anderson.
