Box Score HOMEWOOD, Ala. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's basketball team's season came to a close on Friday as the Chargers were eliminated from the Gulf South Conference Men's Basketball Championships by Christian Brothers who advanced with a 68-48 victory. UAH ends the year at 15-13, while CBU moves forward with a 17-10 mark.
The contest marked the final one in the Blue and White for UAH seniors

Andrew Donovan who had a great career that included three NCAA tournament appearances and two NCAA South Region championships.
The Buccaneers controlled play through much of the contest, shooting 52 percent in the first half en route to holding a 35-20 advantage at the break, and CBU – who was led by Cory McArthy's 26 points – ended the game shooting 51.9 percent from 3-point land as it connected on 14 attempts with McArthy hitting eight of them.
The Chargers had two players in double figures with Blasi leading the way with 14 points as he hit all four of his attempts from the floor while also knocking down six of his seven free throw attempts, and
Greg Gardner scored 12 in the final game of his sophomore season, burying two triples while also dishing out a team-best four assists.
The second half did see the Chargers bring the contest back within 10 at the 16:03 mark as UAH started the half on a 9-4 run, but McArthy hit a 3-pointer on the next possession and CBU would go on to outscore UAH 24-14 in the remaining minutes.
UAH finished the night shooting just 37.8 percent, while the Bucs cooled off marginally to end up shooting 47.1 percent. Christian Brothers also held a 33-26 advantage on the glass.
