UAH enters the weekend at 9-4 and 6-2 in conference play.

RECAPPING LAST WEEK: UAH split its road swing through Mississippi, defeating Mississippi College 70-64 on the strength of
Seab Webster's team-best 14-point performance before falling at Delta State 82-74 in an overtime thriller.

AROUND THE GSC: UAH is one of three teams tied on top of the GSC standings as the Chargers, Delta State and West Georgia are all 6-2, and there is another logjam at fourth with Union, Valdosta State, North Alabama, and Christian Brothers each owning a 5-3 record. Eighth place is currently just two games out of first with UWA sitting at 4-4.

HEATING UP: After a slow finish to the 2015 calendar year that saw him average just 4.0 points per game over a four-game span, junior
Seab Webster averaged a team-best 16.0 points per contest on the team's road trip last weekend including a strong 18-point showing at Delta State that was aided by a season-high four 3-pointers for the Madison County High School product.

CLIMBING THE LADDER: Greg Gardner enters play this weekend with 486 career assists which ranks him third all-time in UAH history behind Josh Magette and James Mundie. After finishing his quest for the 500 mark, Gardner will then target Mundie's career total of 536 in an effort to take the over the No. 2 position in the record books.

ABOUT UNION: The Bulldogs are 11-3 overall and 5-3 in conference play after picking up a pair of wins to start the new year last weekend with victories over West Florida and Valdosta State. Marterrace Brock is leading Union with an impressive 20.0 points per game, while Ashanti Day is grabbing 8.6 rebounds per contest.

SERIES HISTORY: UAH is now 7-0 all-time against the Bulldogs after taking three exciting contests a year ago that included a one-point game in Huntsville and an overtime showdown in the semifinals of the conference tournament. At UAH, the Chargers won 75-74 as Gardner nearly had a triple-double with 16 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists.

ABOUT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS: The Bucs will entertain North Alabama on Saturday, entering this pair of games with a 7-7 (5-3 GSC) record after splitting with VSU and UWF last weekend.
