TOURNAMENT CENTRALHUNTSVILLE | The stage is set for Tuesday as The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's basketball team will battle Barry for the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball South Regional championship with tip scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall. The Chargers enter the game at 25-7, while the Bucs are 25-6.

The Chargers are playing in their fourth regional final in the past six seasons as UAH reached the national round of 16 also in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

In 2011 and 2012, UAH captured the South Region title, and both times came on the Spragins Hall floor.

Two wins have advanced the Chargers to this point, opening up tournament play with a 98-81 win over the No. 8 seed Saint Leo on Saturday night before dispatching of fifth-seeded Stillman 81-71 on Sunday evening.

Seab Webster and
Greg Gardner have both been magnificent for the Chargers in the regional, averaging 21.5 and 19.5 points, respectively, and both have also been strong on the glass with Webster grabbing 7.5 rebounds and Gardner collecting 6.5 boards.

Six other Chargers are averaging at least 5.5 points in the two games.

Barry has reached the final after rolling past Rollins 107-92 before holding off Union 74-65 on Sunday.

The winner of the contest will earn the region's berth to the 2016 NCAA Division II Men's Elite Eight to be held in Frisco, Texas, starting on March 23.
