MEN'S BASKETBALL
HOCKEY
-UAH added two WCHA points with a 1-1 tie and a shootout win on Saturday at Lake Superior State this past weekend, after a 7-2 loss in the series-opener on Friday. The Chargers remain in eighth place in the league standings with 14 WCHA points, as the squad has an overall record of 4-19-1 and a record of 4-11-1-1 in WCHA contests.
-The Chargers return home this Friday and Saturday at the Von Braun Center, as Alaska Anchorage visits for a two-game WCHA series. Puck drops at 7:07 p.m. on Friday, before a 3:07 p.m. game time on Saturday.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
-Senior
Baylee Johnson eclipsed the 1000-point mark in her career in Saturday's matchup at Lee, making the Cullman, Alabama, native the seventh 1000-point scorer in program history.Â
-The Chargers have one contest in the coming week as West Alabama visits for a 5:30 p.m. matchup at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall.
MEN'S BASKETBALL
-The Chargers won their third straight game with a 75-58 victory at Lee this past Saturday, with sophomore
Sam Orf leading the way with a double-double on 25 points and 10 rebounds. UAH now looks ahead to a Thursday meeting at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall against West Alabama at 7:30 p.m.
