UAH opened up an early 15-8 lead at the 14:51 mark, but the Flames would then outscore the visitors by a 37-9 clip the rest of the half, with nine of their 13 made shots during that stretch being 3-pointers to help produce a 45-24 advantage at the halftime break.

Lee's advantage would grow to as many as 23 in the second half as the hosts were up 65-42 near the midway point of the frame, but the Chargers would respond by going 8-for-9 over the next six minutes to go on a 21-12 run that would make it 77-63 after a Leslie triple at the 4:09 mark.

The two teams would then both score seven points down the stretch to create the 84-70 final in favor of the Flames.
