HUNTSVILLE | The UAH men's and women's track & field teams continued their outdoor season this weekend in competition at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, California and the Georgia Tech Invitational in Atlanta, Georgia.
Men's Notable Performances

Nathan Knox set a new personal best and a school record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a run time of 8:56.53 at the Bryan Clay Invitational. The time is a NCAA provisional mark and ranks 11th nationally.

Sam Wilhelm ran a 13:57.79 in the 5,000 meters for a provisional mark in a 16th place finish at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

Tommy Rodriguez notched a NCAA provisional mark in the 400 meter hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a 53.03 time.
-The men's 4x400 meter relay of
Bryan Singleton,
Eon Morris,
Julius Williams, and
Chris Thomas posted a provisional mark with a time of 3:09.09.
Women's Notable Performances
-The 4x100 meter relay team of
Deja Hines,
Summer Sutherlin,
Jadlyn Debardlabon, and
Jordyn Dortch recorded a provisional time at 46.44 seconds in a ninth place finish.
-The 4x400 meter relay team of Sutherlin,
Aniya Johnson,
Grace Hampel, and Dortch took sixth place with a provisional time of 3:43.36.
-Dortch additionally posted an 11th place finish in the 100 meters with a 11.91 time.
Next Time Out
-UAH will prepare for the Gulf South Conference Outdoor Championships May 1st through May 3rd in Cleveland, Tennessee.
